2. Sääntelynmukaisuus

All our products are CE-marked medical devices compliant with European Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR). Each lot is traceable and reportable to ANSM in case of incident.

  • CE-merkintä: All products carry a CE class IIa or IIb marking. The notified body number appears on the primary packaging.
  • MDR 2017/745: European medical device regulation in force since May 2021. Manufacturer technical documentation available on request.
  • ANSM-materiovigilanssi: Any serious incident must be reported to ANSM (French medical device safety agency) within 15 days via signalement.social-sante.gouv.fr. Our team cooperates on request.
  • Eräseuranta: Each shipment includes the lot number + expiry date (UDI). Lot photo available on request before payment (see §4).
  • Kylmäketju: Temperature-sensitive products shipped in insulated pouch + ice pack, with departure temperature check. Temperature log available on request for long-distance zones.

For any significant first order, you can (and should) request the following supporting documents before paying. Our team typically responds within 24 working hours.

  1. Authorised distributor attestation: Written confirmation of our official distributor or authorised source status for the targeted brand. Indicate the product reference in your request.
  2. Lot photo + expiry + UDI: Photograph of the exact lot to be shipped (lot number + expiry + UDI identifier legible), sent by email before invoicing.
  3. Pro invoice with EU VAT: Invoice issued by HMD Distribution with VAT FR63801260175 (reverse charge possible for intra-EU B2B client).
  4. Temperature log: For temperature-sensitive products, departure temperature measurement log and / or arrival tracker.
  5. Professional status confirmation: Confirmation that sale is possible to your exact professional status (RPPS / ADELI / EU equivalent), in compliance with article L.4161-1 of the French Public Health Code.
