Présentation
Developed by Innoaesthetics, ME LINE 01 SPOTS stands out as a cutting-edge depigmenting peeling system. This specialized product is expertly formulated to address localized pigmentary disorders. The kit features a distinct two-phase protocol (Step 1 containing 5 ml and Step 2 containing 7 g), ensuring a powerful synergy of active ingredients for optimal epidermal penetration.
This treatment precisely targets melanin clusters to restore an even skin tone.
Composition & rhéologie
Step 1 (Fluid solution, 5 ml): Azelaic Acid (35%), Phenylethyl Resorcinol (10%), Tranexamic Acid (5%). Step 2 (Exfoliating gel, 7 g): Pyruvic Acid (25%), Salicylic Acid (10%).
Indications
This protocol is specifically indicated for managing localized hyperpigmentation. It effectively reduces and eliminates solar lentigines (age spots), UV-induced actinic lentigines, and areas affected by hyperkeratosis. Its inhibitory action on melanogenesis also helps prevent the recurrence of dark spots.
Posologie
Application should be performed on thoroughly cleansed and degreased skin. In a clinical setting, an even layer of Step 1 is applied to the targeted area. A second layer (Step 2) is then overlaid and covered with an occlusive dressing. Following the recommended exposure time, the product is gently removed with a mild cleanser.
The procedure concludes with the application of ME LINE 03 MOIST hydrating cream and high SPF sun protection. Home care involves the daily use of ME LINE 03 MOIST and ME LINE 04, followed by ME LINE 02 SPOTS starting on the second day. A follow-up session may be performed after 45 days if necessary.
Conservation
Store this product in a dry environment at a temperature between 2°C and 25°C, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Ensure the containers are tightly sealed after each use to maintain the stability of the active acids.
Contre-indications
Known hypersensitivity to salicylates or any other formula components Skin with open wounds, active infections, or severe irritation Pregnancy and breastfeeding Recent sun exposure or ongoing photosensitizing therapies
FAQ
What is the mechanism of action for Step 1? Azelaic and Tranexamic acids work synergistically to inhibit the tyrosinase enzyme and block mitochondrial redox systems, while Phenylethyl Resorcinol disrupts the messenger RNA expression linked to melanin production. How does Step 2 complement the treatment?
Pyruvic and Salicylic acids accelerate cellular turnover by breaking intercellular bridges. This promotes the dispersion of stored epidermal melanin and speeds up the desquamation of pigmented lesions.
