How do I order as a healthcare professional?
Create a Pro account with your RPPS or ADELI number; we validate your file within 24 business hours and you then unlock HT pricing, company invoicing and clinic delivery.What are the delivery times?
Mainland France: 24h express for any order placed before 2pm. EU zone: 48h. Real-time tracking and signature required on reception.Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) with 3D-Secure, SEPA transfer, direct debit on validated accounts and 30-day payment for Pro accounts after credit validation.Can I return a product?
Medical devices cannot be returned once the original packaging has been opened. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days in their original packaging. Any non-conformity must be reported on reception.How can I verify the authenticity of a product?
Every lot is sourced directly from the manufacturing laboratory and carries a verifiable lot number on the QR code. You receive the certificate of authenticity and the traceability slip in your customer area after each order.Do you offer a warranty on fillers?
All our products are CE marked and declared with the French ANSM. We guarantee authenticity, storage conditions and minimum shelf life on reception (≥ 12 months unless otherwise stated).What is your privacy policy?
We process your personal data in compliance with the GDPR. Your practitioner information (RPPS, clinic address, billing data) is encrypted and never sold to third parties. You can exercise your rights from your customer area.How do I file a complaint?
Any complaint (non-conformity, breakage, temperature anomaly) must be reported within 48 hours via the Contact form or by phone on +33 1 80 88 12 34. Our quality team opens a case and offers a credit note, replacement or refund.Do you offer training?
Yes — we run injection masterclasses in partnership with our laboratories (Galderma, Allergan, Teoxane, Merz). The schedule and registration are accessible from the Pro area.How do I become a B2B customer?
Click "Pro Area", upload your ADELI/RPPS card and proof of practice (Kbis or board registration). Validation within 24 business hours.Can I cancel my order?
An order can be cancelled as long as it is not in preparation (status "Preparation in progress"). Beyond that, contact customer service: if the parcel has not yet shipped, cancellation remains possible at no charge.
