As an independent reseller of aesthetic medical devices and cosmetic products, we are not affiliated with any manufacturer and have no partnership or distribution agreement with the laboratories whose products we resell. 2. Regulatory compliance

Medical devices fall under Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR); during the transitional period, some may still be covered by a certificate issued under Directive 93/42/EEC. Cosmetic products fall under Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. The CE marking is affixed by the manufacturer, under its own responsibility.

  • CE marking: Regulatory reminder: medical devices (other than custom-made devices and devices intended for clinical investigation) bear a CE marking affixed by their manufacturer to the device or its sterile packaging (or, failing that, to its packaging), as well as to the instructions for use and the sales packaging. Where a notified body is involved in the conformity assessment (classes IIa, IIb and III, and certain class I devices), its identification number accompanies the CE marking.
  • MDR 2017/745: Regulation (EU) 2017/745 on medical devices, applicable since 26 May 2021. The technical documentation of a device is drawn up and kept by its manufacturer, which makes it available to the competent authorities.
  • Medical device vigilance and cosmetovigilance (ANSM): In France, any serious incident involving a medical device must be reported without delay to the ANSM (French National Agency for the Safety of Medicines and Health Products), in particular via the portal signalement.social-sante.gouv.fr, which also receives reports of adverse effects related to cosmetic products; in other countries, report it to the competent national authority. For any complaint about a product bought on our website, write to us at contact@fillerdistribution.com.
  • Batch numbers: For any question about a product's batch number or expiry date, write to us.
  • Shipping and storage: Orders are shipped from Paris by DHL Express. Parcels do not contain a temperature recorder. Store each product under the conditions stated in its instructions for use.

4. How to verify before purchase

Before ordering, you can ask us for the following information and documents.

  1. Pro invoice with EU VAT: Invoice issued by HMD Distribution with VAT FR63801260175 (reverse charge possible for intra-EU B2B client).
  2. Professional status confirmation: Confirmation that sale is possible to your exact professional status (RPPS / ADELI / EU equivalent), in compliance with article L.4161-1 of the French Public Health Code.
